THE ROLE:

As the UX Research Lead, you will be responsible for building out our UX Research function and ensuring a great user experience for members. You will work closely with our product team, UX designers, and analysts.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in user research and be able to recommend tools and methods which they think would add the most value. An added bonus would be prior experience in building out a UX function. You will need to be hands-on for the first 12-24 months and be able to get buy-in from senior stakeholders to champion UX across the business.

This leading Digital Marketing Consultancy aid clients across the Adobe and Google platforms, having teams the specialise in both, enabling them to provide services to a wide client base full of top-tier brands. They work on an international basis, with employees based all across Europe, however, the Digital Analytics Consultant position would need to travel to the UK monthly.

Role

This role would sit within the Adobe silo of the company and focus on helping clients with their projects expanding across Digital Insight and Technical Implementation. You would have a team of specialists and engineers to lean on when the actual organic Web Analytics and Tag Management is needed, however, having an organic background within these areas is crucial when owning the end-to-end projects.

Skills Needed

  • Adobe Analytics and Tag Management Expertise
  • Commercial Experience within a Client-Facing position would be preferred but not essential.
