Digital Implementation and Product Analyst (Contract Role)

A global technology and supply chain client is seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Implementation and Product Analyst to join the team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimising digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Gainsight, and Hotjar. You will play a critical role in analysing product performance data and providing insights to drive strategic decision-making and improve user experience.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Gainsight, and Hotjar to track and analyse user interactions across digital platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define tracking requirements and ensure accurate data collection and reporting
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of product usage data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimisation
  • Partner with product managers to prioritise feature enhancements and improvements based on data-driven insights
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in digital analytics and measurement

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in implementing and managing digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Gainsight, and Hotjar
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement

Benefits

£375-£425 per day, outside IR35, London, once per week in the office
