THE COMPANY

THE ROLE

As the CRO manager, you will be owning the full end-to-end process of the CRO Program. This will involve looking at the customer funnel drop-off rates, and bounce rates, as well as doing pre and post-test analysis on the website.

The aim of your role will be to drive customers to the main site to drive the revenue of that site, and to continue to do so by understanding the customers and why they come to your site, and how they use it.

You will be using Google Analytics, Optimizely, Content Square, and more to go about doing the role.
