THE ROLE – Chief Data Officer

As Chief Data Officer, you will be leading all things data transformation. You will be leading a team of up to 50 across Data Science, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Architecture, and Analytics. You will be tasked with the strategy and design of it all. Further responsibilities include:

  • Leading all data efforts for the organization
  • Setting up data governance practices from the ground up and driving adoption
  • Leading analysts, engineers, data scientists, and more!
  • Working with the C-suite and other executives within the business on strategy, budgeting, and vision – including reporting directly to the CEO!

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Degree educated with a Computer Science background
  • Experience leading teams of up to 50 across all aspects of data
  • Business-facing experience and ability to choose tooling and technologies
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and drive change
  • GCP experience is a plus

BENEFITS
