Overview: Come work for a startup working on developing scalable credit card scoring models. Their solutions are designed to handle millions of transactions annually with high security. They are looking for a hands-on technical lead to guide our software engineering team. This role involves both leadership and active coding, particularly in Python, with a focus on building and managing secure APIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality code and project delivery.
- Develop and maintain scalable and secure APIs.
- Translate data science models into efficient, production-ready code.
- Oversee software architecture and infrastructure integration.
- Participate in code reviews, unit tests, and daily standups.

Skills:

Role Overview

Responsibilities
