You will create an impact using your analytical skillset and strategic thinking to spearhead the entire data & analytics practice and extract key insights using systems and tools. You will be responsible for consulting multiple teams on their data practices and tools used to implement research-based decisions to drive the business marketing process. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- You will be responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular analytics reports by client
- Analyzing external and internal customer data using internal business intelligence platform, database spreadsheet (Excel) models, web analytics tools, statistical analysis tools, and campaign management software tools
- Evaluating customers’ online behavior and providing insights and recommendations for further enhancements to marketing campaign ROI
- Analyzing A/B and Multi-variate tests, communicating results, and providing recommendations
- Advising other marketing functions (e-commerce/website, online/offline advertising, brand, product development) as the knowledge owner for customer and market data
Your Skills and Experience
- You should have 2-4 years of data analysis experience (marketing), ideally in an agency or healthcare organization.
- Requires a minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, economics or a related field.
- Experience in Business Intelligence/Analytics platforms such as Sisense, Domo etc.
- Experience in data models and reporting packages
- Very high attention to detail + ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable information.
- Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform is a plus.
