A financial brand that looks to empower smaller brands and provide long term financial solutions to grow and develop smaller businesses. Looking to develop their CRM platform and provide a more personalised service.

THE ROLE

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be part of the rapidly growing team developing Salesforce across the business and within the app, specifically you will;

  • Lead on the build and development of a product within Salesforce, install this across the business and collaborate with the product owners to inform the build and ability of the tool
  • Be innovative in using new methodologies and approaches to help grow the platform coding the back end to work with those on the front end
  • Work with product teams to align with the business strategy and lead on developing the Salesforce product across the business

YOUR SKILLS

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience working as a Salesforce Developer across a financial business or similar
  • Ability to work with a range of stakeholders and express technical terms in a digestible fashion
  • Familiar with cloud services and working in an Agile environment
  • Familiar with Apex, REST API, GIT and working in Agile

THE BENEFITS

TITLE: Product Analyst – Supply Chain

LOCATION: Memphis, TN

Hybrid 2-3 days onsite – no exception for 100% remote

COMPENSATION: 90,000 – 120,000 + bonus

THE ROLE:

Join a leading healthcare company in Memphis, TN, as a Product Analyst.

You’ll support the Product Owner in translating business needs into product backlog stories for various systems used in distribution centers. Responsibilities include understanding user needs, managing user stories, and driving/improving user experience.

Day to day:

  • Understand and translate user needs into detailed requirements.
  • Develop and manage use cases, user stories, and process flows.
  • Implement requirements to improve user experience.
  • Stay ahead of schedule and ensure clear feature definitions.
  • Communicate vision to developers and testers.
  • Document and improve business processes.
  • Maintain understanding of business processes and align backlog priorities.
  • Track metrics and report progress.
  • Ensure compliance and update documentation.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5 years of experience or Master’s in STEM with 3 years of experience
    • Preferred major in Computer Science or Supply Chain
    • Experience within data engineering, cybersecurity, intelligent automation is highly preferred
  • Skills in SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP Warehouse Management Systems, Warehouse Control Systems (WCS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Systems Integration.
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating into a product vision by utilizing product development, engineering, and UX skills

A premier construction organization is seeking a Director of Analytics to lead their data-driven initiatives, drive transformative change within their organization, and establish an overall predictive/prescriptive Analytics COE for the business!

Role Overview:

As the Director of Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s data landscape. Your primary responsibilities will be to define and execute a robust data strategy aligned with their business objectives, collaborating closely with senior-level stakeholders (with visibility up to the C-suite), and identifying key metrics, use cases, and business data requirements; you will ensure that the right data is available at the right time to drive informed decision-making.

Additionally, you will lead a team of Engineers, Analysts, and Data Scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the analytics domain.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the overall data strategy and structure for the organization.
  • Collaborate with the C-suite and other stakeholders to identify business data needs, metrics, and use cases, executing strategies to make data accessible for decision-making.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data science strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Work closely with executive leadership to identify opportunities for leveraging data analytics to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Identify and implement innovative data-driven solutions to solve complex business challenges.
  • Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and influence the platform roadmap.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of Engineers, Analysts, and Data Scientists.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation within the data science team.
  • Evaluate and enhance the organization’s data infrastructure to ensure availability and reliability for analytical purposes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. MBA or relevant business qualifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in leading data transformations and implementing change management strategies withinan organization; ample experience building out and leading Analytics functions needed.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and leading multi-faceted teams of analysts, engineers, and data scientists, emphasizing the importance of data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in advanced analytics tools (such as Python, R, SQL) and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.),
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
