Job Title: Solution Architect – Marketing Analytics

Location: Remote | USA (Domestic Travel Required – up to 50%)

Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 Base + 10% Bonus

The Role

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand and address their unique business objectives using advanced analytics solutions.
  • Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions, workshops, and whiteboard discussions to define customer needs, roadmaps, and business requirements, ensuring tailored solutions.
  • Play an active role in demand generation activities such as webinars, seminars, and conferences to contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Craft and deliver high-impact presentations to senior executives, effectively communicating the company’s value proposition and technical expertise.
  • Lead RFP responses and oversee pilot projects and proofs of concept, managing requirements, design, and implementation.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, contributing strategically to expand market presence and drive sales.
  • Collaborate closely with client engagement managers, sales teams, and other consultants to drive deals to closure.
  • Facilitate a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation by communicating business requirements to the offshore delivery team post-deal closure.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Proficient in business-centric analytics, covering areas like customer, sales, marketing, pricing, supply chain or financial analytics
  • Ideal background includes tenure in analytics consulting, tech companies, or in-house roles within pre-sales in Sales and Marketing analytics. A minimum of 3 years in a pre-sales analytics role is required.
  • Passion for tackling intricate datasets and crafting solution frameworks for challenging business queries and issues.
  • Strong communication skills to build confidence in prospective and existing customers. Excellent presentation abilities tailored to both technical and business audiences.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools like R, Python, PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, etc., is preferred.
  • Exposure to data architecture, cloud platforms, and data engineering is advantageous.
