The Company:

In this position, you will play an integral role in developing machine learning models to improve their platform and elevate the customer experience.
The Role:
- Lead the development and integration of machine learning models with a focus on LLM and NLP models
- Deploy models into production
- Take ownership of your work and drive projects to successful completion
- Collaborate with a hardworking team of engineers
- Stay up to date with current technology and industry trends
Required Skills:
- Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar STEM degree
- 3 + years of industry experience as a software engineer, machine learning engineer, or similar
- Proficient in Python, PyTorch or Tensorflow, SQL
- Experience with cloud technologies like AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience building deep learning models like NLP, LLM, or others
- Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a passion to grow within the company
Compensation:
Depending on experience, you can expect a compensation range of $130k – $170k base + benefits
