This is a high-impact contract opportunity to lead a major marketing technology transformation programme. You'll act as the bridge between commercial stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors, helping shape delivery decisions, manage dependencies, and drive progress across a complex migration roadmap.

The Role and Deliverables
- Act as the Product Manager for a large-scale migration from Emarsys to Klaviyo.
- Coordinate stakeholders across marketing, technology, delivery, and external vendor teams.
- Surface risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and decision points to senior leadership.
- Ensure migration activities remain on track while aligning with a wider CDP transformation programme.
- Drive delivery momentum across teams, ensuring priorities are understood and key actions are executed.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong Product Management experience within marketing technology, CRM, or customer engagement platforms.
- Proven track record delivering platform migrations and transformation programmes.
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo, Emarsys, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs) and their role within a modern marketing ecosystem.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate technical complexity into clear recommendations.

- Driving software quality, performance, security and scalability.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
You will bring strong capability in:
- Java and Kotlin backend development on the Spring stack.
- React, JavaScript and TypeScript.
- AI-assisted development, particularly using Claude and agentic engineering workflows.
- CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and API integrations.
- AWS, Docker and/or Kubernetes.
- Jira, Agile methodologies and collaborative software delivery.

This is a high-impact contract opportunity to lead a major marketing technology transformation programme. You’ll act as the bridge between commercial stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors, helping shape delivery decisions, manage dependencies, and drive progress across a complex migration roadmap.

With multiple change programmes running alongside BAU activity, they are investing in modernising their customer engagement capabilities and data infrastructure. The Role and Deliverables
- Act as the Product Manager for a large-scale migration from Emarsys to Klaviyo.
- Coordinate stakeholders across marketing, technology, delivery, and external vendor teams.
- Surface risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and decision points to senior leadership.
- Ensure migration activities remain on track while aligning with a wider CDP transformation programme.
- Drive delivery momentum across teams, ensuring priorities are understood and key actions are executed.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong Product Management experience within marketing technology, CRM, or customer engagement platforms.
- Proven track record delivering platform migrations and transformation programmes.
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo, Emarsys, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs) and their role within a modern marketing ecosystem.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate technical complexity into clear recommendations.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, dependencies, and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Comfortable operating in an environment where priorities move quickly and multiple programmes run concurrently.
- Strong commercial awareness and a practical, delivery-focused approach.
