India Walker-Smith is an Associate Vice President at Harnham, based between London and New York, and partnering with clients across the United States. She advises businesses on strategic hiring across Data, Analytics, AI, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, and Strategic Finance.
Previously, she managed Harnham’s Data Analytics & Insights team in London. Since joining Harnham, India has delivered over $2.5M in personal billings and placed more than 200 candidates globally. She has also acted as Account Lead for several enterprise organisations, overseeing more than 250 hires across multiple client partnerships.
India works with startups, scaleups, private equity-backed businesses, and enterprise organisations, helping them attract and secure top talent through permanent recruitment, executive search, market mapping, and talent advisory services.
Recent placements include a Head of AI for a real estate business in Chicago, a Software Engineer for a Series A startup in New York, a VP of Analytics for a cybersecurity company, and several senior Data Science, Analytics Engineering, and Engineering leadership hires across the United States.
She takes a consultative approach, partnering closely with both clients and candidates to ensure long-term success and alignment.
Outside of work, she can usually be found spending time with her two cats and dog.
