You will work close to design, product and editorial partners, shipping zero to one AI systems that directly influence real user experiences.

The Role
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be a core technical contributor within the AI Lab, focusing on building and refining LLM powered systems.
- Build, fine tune and evaluate LLM based systems with a strong focus on editorial tone and style alignment
- Design and manage datasets for fine tuning, including annotation and versioning workflows
- Develop and test retrieval augmented generation pipelines using structured content
- Prototype text to speech and audio generation pipelines for audio first experiences
- Collaborate closely with product, design and engineering partners to ship internal tools and demos
- Work directly with editorial stakeholders to define meaningful evaluation criteria for AI generated content
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience building LLM or NLP pipelines in production or advanced prototype environments
- Hands on experience with fine tuning approaches such as supervised fine tuning, prompt or instruction tuning
- Strong Python skills and experience with modern LLM tooling and data pipelines
- Confidence defining and tracking generation quality using both quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods
- Exposure to speech to text or text to speech tools for prototyping audio experiences

The Role

Senior Product Analyst – £80,000 (Hybrid – London)

A leading global marketplace is hiring a Senior Product Analyst to partner with product, engineering, design, and ML teams to shape the future of a mobile-first product used worldwide.
What You’ll Do

Act as the lead data scientist for a core product domain

Drive deep product analytics to uncover opportunities for growth and engagement
-
Design, analyse, and interpret experiments across the product ecosystem
-
Influence product strategy by connecting insights to business goals
-
Improve datasets, dashboards, and analytical tooling
-
Work closely with ML teams on discovery, ranking, and personalisation initiatives
What We’re Looking For
-
Expert-level SQL + solid Python for product analytics
-
Hands-on A/B testing experience (design + interpretation)
-
Strong understanding of ETL/debugging data issues
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-
Commercially-minded with experience balancing user and business needs
-
Bonus: marketplace experience or exposure to ML-driven products
