CRM Manager
Surrey, Hybrid| £51,500 to £57,500 | 12 month FTC

This is a high-impact CRM Manager role within a fast-growing direct to consumer subscription business where lifecycle marketing is central to commercial performance. You will take ownership of CRM execution at scale, shaping how customers are onboarded, retained and re-engaged across a large and loyal subscriber base. With strong growth momentum and clear investment in CRM, this role offers genuine visibility and influence.

The Role

  • Own lifecycle marketing execution across CRM channels, with email as the primary focus.
  • Translate CRM strategy into high-performing campaign plans and automated customer journeys.
  • Drive repeat revenue, retention, subscription performance and customer lifetime value.
  • Manage a high-frequency CRM calendar alongside an evolving automation roadmap.
  • Lead key lifecycle journeys including welcome, onboarding, replenishment, upsell and re-purchase.
  • Build and optimise segmentation, testing frameworks and predictive CRM initiatives.
  • Use performance data and customer insight to shape recommendations and future activity.
  • Line manage and develop a CRM Executive, with scope to grow the team further.
  • Partner closely with Growth, Product, Brand, Web, Data and external technology partners.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong commercial experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing within a DTC, ecommerce or subscription-led environment.
  • Hands-on expertise with Klaviyo and confidence owning complex CRM programmes end to end.
  • Proven experience managing and developing junior team members.
  • Advanced segmentation, experimentation and test-and-learn capability.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret CRM performance across engagement, retention and revenue.
  • Experience working closely with Brand or Creative teams on campaign delivery.
  • Exposure to platforms such as Shopify, subscription tools, analytics or BI tools is beneficial.
  • Interest in predictive modelling or AI-driven CRM insights is advantageous.
