Their analytics team is growing (5 → 8), led by a highly respected Analytics Director, with strong exposure to senior leadership and clients across retail and food delivery.
THE ROLE
This is a mid-level marketing analytics role with a focus on measurement, effectiveness, and commercial impact. You'll work on campaign analytics and delve into the world of MMM & Econometrics. Your remit will involve delivering insights that improve marketing performance; you'll work as part of a collaborative team, supporting client engagements and developing your skills across both technical analysis and stakeholder interaction.
Day-to-day, you'll:
- Analyse campaign performance and audience behaviour
- Identify what worked, what didn't, and what to do next
- Work with large datasets to uncover trends and insights
- Support on broader analytics projects (e.g. customer segmentation, VIP identification)
- Contribute to client-facing outputs (with support from senior team members)
This role offers strong learning and development, with the opportunity to increase client exposure over time.

- Work across the full AI lifecycle from problem definition to deployment
- Apply both classical ML techniques and modern AI approaches
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar
- Help shape technical direction and mentor other engineers
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience across machine learning and generative AI
- Hands-on expertise with Python, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face
- Experience building production AI systems and MLOps pipelines
- Practical use of AI coding assistants and agentic engineering workflows
- Ability to own projects independently from concept to delivery
- MSc required, PhD advantageous
