The Role

In this Senior Behavioural Scientist position, you will:
* Bring behavioural expertise into the design and evolution of a key data product.
* Lead end‑to‑end data collection, including survey design and innovative methodologies.
* Identify new behavioural signals and shape how they are captured, structured and used.
* Analyse large US datasets to uncover drivers of healthcare behaviour.
* Partner with data scientists, engineers and product specialists to embed behavioural theory into scalable solutions.
* Contribute to R&D initiatives focused on improving behavioural measurement and client value.

Your Skills and Experience

You will thrive in this role if you have:
* A PhD in a behavioural field with strong academic foundations.
* Expertise working with behavioural data, such as surveys, digital behavioural signals or modelling human behaviour.
* Strong capability in Python or R and confidence working with complex datasets.
* A creative, proactive mindset and the ability to generate new ideas and approaches.
* Experience applying behavioural theory to real‑world insights or data products.
* Evidence of initiative or entrepreneurial thinking beyond core academic work.
* An interest in healthcare behaviour or transferable consumer behaviour experience.
