The Role
As Senior Marketing Analyst, you will:
* Partner with channel leads to shape learning agendas and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
* Analyse paid media and full-funnel marketing performance, covering incrementality, efficiency, campaign impact, and diminishing returns.
* Bring together multiple measurement approaches, including experiments, cohort analysis, attribution signals, and Marketing Mixed Modelling (MMM), into coherent, decision-focused narratives.
* Act as the subject-matter expert on acquisition KPIs and measurement strategy, advising on trade-offs between scale, efficiency, and long-term value.
* Support day-to-day measurement needs for the growth and acquisition teams, ensuring insights are robust and scalable.
* Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure measurement aligns with business priorities and informs planning and investment decisions.
Your Skills and Experience
You will bring:
* Strong commercial experience in marketing, media, or growth analytics within a digital or consumer-focused environment.
* Deep understanding of paid media performance and acquisition levers across brand, organic, and lifecycle channels.
* Hands-on expertise with measurement methodologies such as lift studies, controlled experiments, Market MM, A/B testing, and cohort analysis.
* Ability to synthesise complex, multi-source data into clear insights that influence senior stakeholders.
* Confidence operating in ambiguity and applying sound judgement when data is incomplete.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence without authority.
* Strong SQL skills and familiarity with analytical tools such as Python or R.

Key responsibilities include:
- Setting direction for the data science function and ensuring work is aligned to core business and profitability metrics such as customer lifetime value.
- Leading, hiring and developing a large team of data scientists, including managers and senior individual contributors.
- Improving efficiency, standards and ways of working across multiple data science sub teams.
- Partnering closely with senior stakeholders across product, engineering, operations and commercial teams to ensure insights are embedded in decision making.

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience leading and scaling sizeable data science teams, including managing managers and individual contributors.
- A track record of driving measurable commercial impact through data science in a complex business environment.
- Experience operating in cross functional settings and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of probabilistic modelling, statistics and machine learning, ideally grounded in an academic background such as mathematics, statistics, physics or a related field.
- The ability to balance rigour with pragmatism, ensuring models and analysis deliver real world value.
- Experience building or operating data science functions where work is deployed into production.
- UK based experience and the right to work in the UK, with sponsorship available if required.

- You will ingest and transform data in snowflake using DBT

The Role and Deliverables
