You will play a lead role in building production‑ready AI systems that automate complex insurance journeys, with the freedom to influence architecture, engineering patterns and long‑term strategy.

The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Build and operate production‑grade AI agents on GCP using Google's ADK.
- Integrate AI systems with policy, claims and CRM platforms through secure REST and JSON API services.
- Develop scalable RAG pipelines including ingestion, text processing, metadata handling and vector search.
- Implement observability and evaluation frameworks covering monitoring, A/B testing, accuracy and safety metrics, and cost and latency dashboards.
- Contribute to architecture, engineering standards and AI product direction in partnership with the Head of AI.
- Support the development of agentic automation across core claims workflows and internal tools.
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience in Data Engineering, ML Engineering or Software Engineering with a focus on AI systems.
- Deep knowledge of GCP services, including Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Run or Cloud Functions, Model Garden and ADK.
- Strong Python skills for backend development, APIs and data processing.
- Hands‑on experience with LLMs, embeddings, RAG design, vector databases and retrieval pipelines.
- Experience deploying production AI with robust evaluation, monitoring, observability and automated testing.

Your Skills and Experience
Looking for minimum 5 years of experience working with pricing.
- Strong commercial experience working in Pricing, with ownership of pricing analysis or pricing strategy.
- Advanced SQL skills and confidence working with large, complex datasets.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
- Proven ability to run experiments or evaluate pricing trials.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical work into actionable insights.
- A proactive, hands‑on approach and confidence operating in a fast‑moving environment.
- Experience with Python or R is beneficial but not essential.

With a large international footprint and a growing focus on data maturity, they are building the foundations for scalable decision-making and long-term analytics capability.
The Role
In this Lead Analyst position you will play a key role in shaping analytics for recruitment and marketing, acting as a bridge between reporting, engineering, and commercial teams.
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering pipeline analysis, conversion reporting, and agent performance insights.
- Owning BAU reporting and early-stage forecasting across recruitment teams.
- Leading the enhancement and repurposing of dashboards and analytics products.
- Translating stakeholder requirements into clear specifications for data engineering and IT teams.
- Managing workload prioritisation and pushing back confidently where needed.
- Coaching analysts and executives, building capability, and supporting team autonomy.
- Contributing to major data transformation programmes, including the move to Microsoft Fabric, lakehouse architecture, and Power BI.
- Supporting reporting migration, validation, and quality assurance.
- Working on early forecasting models with opportunities to collaborate on data science projects over time.
Your Skills and Experience
