SENIOR PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER - EDTECH SAFEGUARDING Sheffield (Hybrid - 3 days/week) | Up to £59K | Permanent

THE ROLE

Leading global EdTech company seeks Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing for their safeguarding portfolio and shape GTM strategy for their integrated whole child solution-an ecosystem combining safeguarding, behaviour, attendance, parent engagement, and learning plans.

Drive compelling positioning, robust marketing plans, and adoption across UK/international school markets. Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning - Lead end-to-end GTM strategies for safeguarding products across UK/international markets. Shape GTM for integrated whole child solution. Develop multi-channel campaigns (digital, paid, content, events, direct). Ensure commercial alignment with measurable outcomes.

Messaging & Positioning - Define differentiated positioning for DSLs, headteachers, trust executives. Develop messaging frameworks for integrated solutions. Ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

Content & Thought Leadership - Collaborate on guides, whitepapers, blogs, webinars, case studies. Establish company as trusted voice in safeguarding. Help schools meet compliance and improve outcomes.

Market Intelligence - Maintain deep understanding of safeguarding regulations and policy landscapes. Track competitors and market trends. Provide actionable intelligence to stakeholders.

Sales Enablement - Develop battlecards, pitch decks, ROI calculators. Partner with Sales, Product, Operations on execution. Support partnerships extending product reach.

Performance & Analytics - Track/optimize performance via Looker, Google Analytics, Salesforce. Regular reporting on effectiveness and ROI. Drive data-driven, outcome-focused plans.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience - 5+ years product marketing (EdTech/SaaS/compliance preferred). Proven success launching B2B education products. Multi-channel campaign delivery track record. Cross-functional team management. Fast-paced, complex environment expertise.

Knowledge - Strong safeguarding compliance understanding. School operations knowledge (behaviour, attendance, engagement, learning plans). GTM planning for integrated tech solutions. Brand marketing, lifecycle marketing, ROI measurement. Salesforce, Looker, Google Analytics, automation platforms.

Skills - Exceptional storytelling and messaging development. Strategic planning and campaign management. Data-driven, commercially minded, test-and-learn approach. Excellent influencing and relationship-building. Simplify complex compliance concepts for diverse audiences.

Qualifications - Degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or equivalent. Product marketing/digital marketing/safeguarding certifications (desirable).
