Analytics Manager

London (Remote First) | Up to £120,000

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of an analytics function within a fast‑growing, product‑led business. You will shape how data drives decision making, lead a growing team, and work across high‑impact commercial and product areas.

You will join a collaborative, pragmatic and impact‑focused team that partners closely with stakeholders across the organisation.

The Role

* Lead and develop a team of Analysts and Analytics Engineers.
* Act as the primary analytics partner for senior stakeholders across Growth, Trading, Product, Finance and Compliance.
* Translate business problems into clear analytical questions, metrics and decision‑ready insight.
* Review and challenge analytical work to ensure accuracy, clarity and scalability.
* Drive best practice across SQL, data modelling, documentation and quality standards.
* Prioritise work effectively based on value, impact and capacity.
* Communicate findings, risks and trade‑offs clearly to non‑technical teams.

Your Skills and Experience

* Strong commercial experience in analytics or analytics leadership.
* High proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write, review and challenge complex queries.
* Comfortable managing and developing a small analytics team.
* Experience working with stakeholders in product, growth or trading style environments.
* Familiarity with regulated industries such as gaming, gambling, finance or fintech.
* Experience with BI tools such as Omni, Looker or similar is beneficial.
* A statistical foundation and comfort being tested on analytical thinking.
* Experience in fast‑paced start‑ups or scale‑ups, comfortable wearing multiple hats.
