Client Enablement Lead - Digital Analytics & CRO Consultancy

Salary & Benefits: Base salary up to £69,000 + up to 20% performance bonus. Package includes a 7% pension, private medical, a £2,000 health and wellbeing budget, and an unlimited training budget.

The Role: As a Client Enablement Lead, you will be the primary interface for our clients, managing multifaceted digital analytics and CRO programs. You will report directly to the COO, who will support you in ensuring the team delivers at the highest standard. Your time will be split between primary subject matter expertise in Adobe or Google Analytics (40-60%), secondary subjects like CRO planning (15-25%), and managing delivery teams and client relationships (15-45%).

Core Service Delivery: You will manage workstreams across six core service strands. This includes data layer strategy design, tag management deployment, and analytics insights support. You will be responsible for creating requirements documentation, building solution design reference (SDR) documents, and configuring analytics tools. You'll work closely with development teams to ensure quality assurance and proactively engage with clients to enhance their data collection and usage.

Data Activation & CRO: In the Data Activation space, you will execute CRO and personalization strategies. This involves interrogating data, performing UX research, and using AI evaluation tools to generate and scope test ideas. You will oversee the development and launch of tests, build results dashboards, and turn data into compelling narratives for change. A key part of the role is thinking outside your comfort zone, such as identifying when a data audit is needed to improve testing quality.

Strategy & Mentorship: Beyond delivery, you will support the COO and clients on digital experience strategy and tool selection. You will provide high-level training to clients and act as a subject matter expert across our service strands. You will ensure all client requirements are validated and documented, drawing on your experience to help define the future of their digital roadmap.

Requirements: The successful candidate will have several years of experience working directly with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, including admin and reporting functions. You should have a background in managing CRO or web experimentation programs and the ability to support clients across both data collection and activation.
