The Role:

This opportunity is to step into a highly consultative Senior Media role where you will shape paid search strategy for major global brands while expanding your skill set across analytics, measurement, and advanced Google Marketing Platform tools. If you are looking to move beyond hands‑on activation and into strategic problem‑solving, this role offers that next step.

* Lead paid search and PPC strategy using Google Ads and related ad‑tech platforms.

* Advise clients directly, translating complex media insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

* Support the delivery of forecasting and dashboarding projects for key global clients.

* Identify optimisation opportunities across keyword strategy, campaign structure and audience targeting.

* Work closely with analytics specialists to integrate media measurement, attribution, and GA‑based reporting.

* Contribute to cross‑channel strategies across search, social, and programmatic platforms.

* Help evolve internal media capability within a team currently strong in analytics.

Your Skills and Experience:

Our UK team is growing, with a strong focus on bridging analytics with media strategy to drive measurable business outcomes. We need an individual with an analytics background, good communication, and consulting skills to take the lead with clients.

  • Strong commercial experience in paid search, PPC or programmatic activation.
  • Hands‑on use of advertising platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager, SA360 or Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience advising clients and communicating insights in a clear, commercial way.
  • Exposure to multi‑market campaigns or consumer brands.
  • Understanding of cross‑channel strategy, media testing and audience‑led planning.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and media measurement concepts such as attribution or incrementality.
  • Familiarity with dashboarding tools such as Looker, Power BI or Tableau.
  • A proactive, detail‑driven and curious approach to problem‑solving.
