The Role
We're working with a high-growth performance marketing organization and their ofshoot venture in the user-generated content (UGC) space, both operating like fast-moving startups but with the resources of an established business. They're looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to own and deliver impactful web app and dashboard features that serve creators, brands, and internal teams alike. This is a true end-to-end product role: from data modeling and backend services to polished UI experiences.
You'll be part of a nimble 15-person engineering team working on two key product areas:
- Analytics Dashboarding & Campaign Optimization: Deliver reporting tools, campaign performance insights, and AI-driven features powered by LLMs on top of large data sets.
- UGC Platform: Expand capabilities for content creators and brand partners, manage everything from creator onboarding to payments and product expansion.

Requirements
- 5-6 years of hands-on, commercial full-stack experience

- A Computer Science degree
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Azure, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins)
