Implementation Analyst - Hybrid Working

Location: Burton Upon Trent / London (Hybrid - 1-2 days per week onsite)
Salary: Up to £55,000
Sector: Established UK hospitality group

About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Implementation Analyst to join a fast-growing digital team supporting a prominent hospitality brand. This role will own the tagging and data layer implementation roadmap across all website and mobile app assets, ensuring robust data quality and seamless analytics tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy and day-to-day operations for tagging and data layer implementation across the digital estate

  • Act as the key business partner for digital product teams to understand future pipeline and deliver solutions efficiently

  • Manage relationships with external third-party providers supporting tagging and data layer development, including budget oversight

  • Develop and maintain continuous data quality reviews, including Google Tag Manager container management and tag monitoring

  • Define data layer requirements and collaborate with developers to ensure consistent implementation

  • Implement, debug, and troubleshoot analytics and marketing tags to maintain data integrity

  • Support delivery of A/B and multivariate testing roadmaps aligned with business objectives to optimize website conversion funnels

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience with Tag Management Systems, ideally Google Tag Manager

  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Firebase, or similar platforms

  • Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Experience with mobile app tracking and measurement is a plus

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and third-party relationships effectively

  • Strong attention to detail with a passion for data quality and accuracy

Working Arrangement:

  • Hybrid working model with 1-2 days per week onsite between Burton Upon Trent and London offices

  • Regular travel to Burton required (approx. 2 days per month) for stakeholder meetings and collaboration

  • Flexible working environment supporting team culture and effective delivery
