The Opportunity
As SEO Manager, you will lead the company's global SEO strategy, shaping how millions of developers and enterprises discover its products. This is a high-impact, hands-on role requiring deep technical SEO expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to partner across engineering, content, and product marketing.
You will own end-to-end SEO initiatives, from technical optimization and international SEO to content discovery and performance reporting, directly influencing adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.

Background

Experience

Proven track record in marketing analytics.

Comfortable leading and mentoring others.

Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Line management experience (desirable but not essential).
Technical Skills

SQL (essential).

Power BI / Looker.

Data visualisation expertise (Snowflake desirable).

Knowledge of attribution, forecasting, incrementality testing, MMM, LTV/churn modelling (advantageous).

Senior Analytics Specialist – Digital Agency – £45-55k – x2 days a week in London
I’m working with a fast-growing digital agency that partners with leading brands across hospitality, travel, food & drink and entertainment. They’re now looking for an experienced Senior Analytics Specialist to join their performance team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves diving into data, setting up robust tracking frameworks, and turning insights into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.
The role:

Lead on analytics setup and management, including GTM containers and GA4

Implement analytics accounts, dashboards and reporting structures

Analyse customer behaviour and campaign performance across multiple data sources

Communicate insights clearly to internal teams and clients
-
Line manage a remote analytics specialist and collaborate across departments
The ideal candidate:

5+ years’ analytics experience (agency background desirable)
-
Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM and related tools
-
Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills
-
Confident presenting data insights to clients and stakeholders
