Senior Data Governance Analyst

Based: Birmingham - 3x week in office
Are you passionate about data governance and looking to grow your career in a dynamic and regulated financial services environment? We're seeking a Data Governance Senior Analyst to support the operational side of data governance within BNP Paribas' UK Personal Finance function. You'll play a key role in content management, data quality reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
What You'll Do
Support data governance managers in project scoping and content gathering
Upload data assets into our central governance hub
Assist with tracking and reporting data quality metrics using Ab Initio
Produce and manage monthly KPI reports
Liaise with stakeholders across the business to ensure accurate data delivery

- Manage a team of 2, helping with their development and progression
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Essential to have experience within UK general insurance
- Essential to have had experience building GLM pricing models, ideally using ML techniques
- Exposure to both retail and risk pricing
- Good knowledge of programming software such as SAS, SQL, Python or R
