THE COMPANY
We are hiring for a CRM Manager to join a purpose-driven, membership-based platform offering exclusive discounts to emergency services, healthcare professionals, and other key workers. This rapidly growing business partners with top-tier brands to deliver real savings to those who keep our communities running.

THE ROLE
This is a high-impact role with strong visibility across the organisation. The successful candidate will:

  • Act as the CRM lead in daily and weekly trading meetings
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue, Commercial, and Partnerships teams to deliver tactical campaigns
  • Analyse customer behaviour to enhance personalisation and increase campaign relevance
  • Lead test-and-learn programmes to drive member engagement and optimise ROI
  • Own and develop the performance CRM strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and bring strategic thinking to a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong commercial mindset and the ability to influence performance
  • Experience managing 10+ CRM campaigns on a weekly basis
  • Exposure to CRM tools such as Braze (preferred but not essential)
  • Background in a start-up, scale-up, or similarly fast-moving organisation
  • A proven track record of driving revenue or engagement through CRM initiatives
  • Confidence in presenting both strategy and performance outcomes to stakeholders
