We're looking for a Senior Manager of Analytics to own and scale a high-impact, cross-functional analytics team spanning Product, Marketing, and Finance.

What You'll Do
- Lead Analytics Across Marketing and Product: Own the roadmap, reporting, and insights across Marketing and Product teams-guiding campaign strategy, customer segmentation, feature development, and monetization.
- Optimize the Customer Journey: Deliver full-funnel analytics across paid media, organic channels, website behavior, and in-product engagement. Identify friction points and accelerate activation, conversion, and retention.
- Enable Experimentation and A/B Testing: Partner with Growth and Product leaders to design and analyze high-velocity experiments across the marketing funnel and product experience.
- Build Scalable Data Systems: Lead the design of metrics frameworks, dashboards, and experimentation infrastructure to deliver self-serve analytics and real-time visibility.
- Drive Stakeholder Alignment: Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders. Influence marketing strategy, product roadmap, and resource allocation with data-backed recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in analytics roles with a strong focus on Marketing, Growth, and Product Analytics-ideally within high-growth SaaS or AI-first companies.
- 4+ years of people leadership experience, with a track record of building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing analytics teams.
- Deep technical fluency in SQL, with hands-on experience using modern analytics stacks (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Hex, Sigma, Looker, Hashboard).
- Strong proficiency in Python or R, with expertise in statistical analysis, experimentation, and causal inference.
- Extensive experience in channel performance analysis, LTV/CAC modeling, attribution, and funnel optimization.
- Strong communicator with a strategic mindset-comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting to C-level audiences.
- Passion for working in fast-paced environments and building clarity in ambiguity through data.

- Architecting, designing, and building scalable web platforms and APIs using Python.
