THE COMPANY

This health and beauty retailer is rapidly growing and is expanding in the Customer Digital Analytics team! This role is for someone roughly a year into their career, looking to become a Digital Ecommerce expert and learn from a really strong Digital team.

THE ROLE

You’ll analyse the onsite customer journey, provide key insights to the wider business, and identify new growth opportunities. Your role will involve tracking performance, segmenting customer audiences, and reporting on product categories, sales, and transactions. You’ll design and run A/B tests to improve fulfilment strategies, assess supplier behaviours, and help drive efficiency across the operation. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualisation tools like Tableau is essential, as is the ability to guide and mentor at least one direct report through high-impact analytics projects.
