THE ROLE
As a Senior Product Analyst in this leading tech provider, you will play a key role within product analytics. More specifically, as a Senior Analyst you will be involved in the following:
- Improving testing and experimentation strategy, monitoring performance of new marketing campaigns, funnel performance and ab testing/causal impact
- Identifying key growth opportunity whilst fostering a great work culture and environment
- Working with stakeholders across various teams
- Delivering insights on customers including demographic, LTV and engagement
- Regularly conducting a/b tests and other experiments
- Analysis incl. statistical analysis with tools such as Python/R desirable
- Development of some reports/dashboards in Tableau
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Senior Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
- Significant experience in Data Analytics, ideally in product analytics
- Excellent understanding and previous practical implementation of a/b testing and experiment design/frameworks
- Experience with SQL and ideally Tableau or similar for visualisation
- A strong focus on Marketing Analytics ideal
- Excellent business judgement and strategic thinking, with the technical toolkit to enable delivery and strong experience in collaborating and co-ordinating across multiple business departments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
BENEFITS

- Facilitate regular knowledge-sharing sessions across EU territories and global teams
- Align with internal experimentation centres of excellence to support consistency and measurable value
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience leading experimentation strategy at scale, ideally in a digital product or streaming environment
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset
- Excellent communicator and influencer at a senior stakeholder level
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple complex workstreams and priorities
- Adept at simplifying complex data for stakeholders using compelling visualisation techniques
- Deep working knowledge of Optimizely, Content Square, and Adobe Analytics
