IFRS9 MODELLING MANAGER

In this role, you'll be owning the IFRS9 impairment function within the business, ensuring models are effective and compliant with regulatory standards. Not only will you be managing impairment models, you'll also be working on developing IFRS9 models with the 1st line team.

This Fintech is well known for its innovative consumer and business finance solutions, supporting a large number of customers across the UK. Whilst you'll be working in a lean credit department, you'll be able to work alongside talented individuals from a range of areas within the business.
THE ROLE
- Leading the development and implementation of IFRS9 regulatory models, along with various other models across the business
- Ensuring existing models are managed and performance is explained to all relevant teams
- Present model developments to senior leadership and during committee meetings
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5+ Years of experience working with IFRS9 models
- Strong IFRS9 model development experience is essential
- Proficiency in Python is required
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously
