Senior Product Analyst – Job Description
Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in Holborn, London)
Salary: £75,000 – £95,000 + stock options + 30 days leave + 9% pension
The Company
We’re working with one of the UK’s most exciting consumer-facing businesses at the intersection of entertainment and social impact. They run large-scale, high-profile prize draws (from dream homes to luxury cars), helping raise millions for charity while offering life-changing prizes to their customers. As a subscription-led business, users pay a monthly fee (£10-£40) to enter prize draws via an app and website – both of which are seeing exponential growth.
They’ve recently launched a new app and are investing heavily into data, product and engineering to optimise user experience and fuel innovation. You’ll join a mission-driven company that combines a growth-focused product mindset with a meaningful social purpose.
The Role
As a Senior Product Analyst, you’ll be embedded in the Product team (with a dotted line to the VP of Product), reporting directly to the Director of Analytics. This role will be central to shaping new customer propositions, pricing experiments, digital journeys, and app strategies.
You’ll own the data behind product development and customer experience, driving forward ideas that directly impact retention, user satisfaction, and revenue. You’ll have access to billions of rows of data and collaborate closely with data engineers and product managers to test hypotheses and uncover actionable insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the dedicated data partner to the product team across web and app
- Lead A/B and multivariate testing to validate feature development, UX changes, and pricing experiments
- Analyse performance of new customer propositions and ongoing product iterations
- Track and improve user journeys across mobile and desktop flows
- Drive product innovation with data-led recommendations and testable hypotheses
- Collaborate with analytics engineers to ensure clean, scalable data pipelines
- Translate complex analysis into commercial insight that guides strategy
- Evaluate customer behaviour trends and app usage patterns to support retention growth
- Support strategic planning around product development, launches, and testing roadmaps
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- 4+ years of experience in a Product Analytics or Digital Analytics role
- Strong SQL skills – confident writing complex queries (window functions a plus)
- Solid experience running and interpreting A/B and multivariate tests
- Demonstrated ability to connect data insight to commercial performance (e.g. LTV, conversion, retention)
- Experience working cross-functionally with product managers, designers, engineers, or commercial teams
- Comfort working with high-volume data in modern BI environments
Desirable:
- Experience in consumer subscription businesses, apps, marketplaces, or e-commerce
- Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or GA4
- Experience building self-serve dashboards using tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
- A creative, hypothesis-driven mindset with the confidence to challenge assumptions

- £75,000 – £95,000 base salary depending on experience
- Company stock options
- 30 days annual leave + bank holidays
- 9% pension contribution
- Hybrid working: 3 days in-office (Holborn)
