The Role
As a Senior Product Analyst, you'll work closely with the product team to improve the website and app, analyzing user behavior, testing new ideas, and driving product strategy. This role offers the chance to make an impact by influencing customer retention and product performance, with plenty of room for creativity and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead A/B testing and experimentation to optimize product features and customer flows
Analyze customer data to identify trends, improve app usage, and drive retention
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape new propositions and features
Use SQL to analyze large datasets, testing hypotheses, and generating insights
Support pricing tests and assess product performance against business goals
Help iterate on the website and app, continuously improving user experience
What We're Looking For
4+ years of experience in product analytics, with a strong focus on A/B testing and SQL
Strong SQL fluency (window functions a bonus)
Commercial acumen - understanding how product decisions impact metrics like lifetime value
Creativity and strategic thinking - the ability to generate new ideas based on data insights
Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and analytics teams
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex issues
The Offer
£75,000 - £85,000 base salary

A fast-growing UK e-commerce brand in the ready-meals space, specialising in high-quality ambient meals designed for convenience and long shelf-life. With nationwide next-day delivery, the business is rebranding and scaling, targeting a customer base that values ease, independence, and reliable service.
THE TEAM
You’ll join a small but agile Marketing team, reporting into the Head of Brand and working closely with the Brand Manager (retention) and Product Manager. This is a hands-on environment where collaboration is key – campaigns move quickly from ideation through to execution and measurement.
At this level, you’ll be the growth specialist in the team, trusted to shape and deliver the acquisition strategy end-to-end while leveraging support from agencies and colleagues where needed.
THE ROLE
This is a brand-new position with a clear focus: driving new customer acquisition and converting them into loyal, repeat purchasers. You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering integrated growth campaigns across both online and offline channels, while managing significant budgets and optimising performance at every stage of the funnel.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and executing multi-channel growth and acquisition strategies (digital + offline)
- Developing campaign messaging, activation, and end-to-end delivery
- Managing and optimising customer acquisition journeys and conversion funnels
- Overseeing significant marketing budgets (£1M+) and ensuring ROI
- Working cross-functionally with product, brand, and external agencies to deliver impact
- Contributing to CRM development and lifecycle marketing as the function expands
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Hands-on experience in growth and acquisition, ideally within e-commerce, FMCG, or food
- Proven track record managing £1M+ marketing budgets
- Experience across both digital and offline acquisition channels (e.g. social, search, TV, radio, press, direct mail)
- Strong data-driven mindset with ability to analyse, test, and optimise campaigns
- Strategic thinker who is also comfortable being hands-on
- Experience working in-house within a fast-growing £10M+ brand
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Edinburgh-based (or able to relocate within an hour’s commute)
Nice to have:
- Exposure to CRM buildouts and lifecycle marketing (Mailchimp or similar)
- Experience with consumer subscription models
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker)
- Understanding of older adult consumer demographics

THE ROLE
