THE COMPANY
Our client who operates in the retail sector is looking for a Digital Merchandiser to join the team.
THE ROLE
In this role, you will manage online product and range selection, serving as the main point of contact for brands to ensure accurate product copy and imagery. Additionally, you will work closely with the CRO team to identify and address customer drop-off points, optimizing the user experience.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Digital Merchandising experience
Basic web analytics understanding (ability to have conversations etc)
Experience within retail would be desirable

- Experience with data management and model development
- Quantifying performance risk and improving outputs
- High volume data analysis
- Understanding of railway operations and performance regimes is a plus
