SENIOR DECISION SCIENTIST

THE COMPANY
As a Senior Decision Scientist, you will be working in a newly formed team as part of the companies growth strategy. You will also be working to ensure that they maintain their high standards of data integrity and governance whilst taking an active role in leading, developing and delivering decisioning practices using tools such as Pega.
THE ROLE
As a Senior Decision Scientist, you can be expect to be doing the following;
- Presenting insights to Senior Stakeholders
- Usingdecisiong tools such as Pega, as well as working with pre-built models to help identify key trends and opportunities
- Defining practices and help steer the direction of customer decisioning across the business
- Using decisioning methodologies to identify cross sell prediction, CLV and segmentation
- Helping the company expand their marketing capabilities through new channels
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Senior Decision Scientist, will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong communication and experience working with Senior Stakeholders whilst being able to listen to and understand what they need to meet business objectives
- Experience with SQL essential
- Experience with decisioning and programming tools desirable i.e. Pega, Python etc
- Significant commercial experience, identifying and driving commercial uplift through decisioning

Everyone in the company is an engineering expert so you’ll be working with technical people in the industry, as well as working directly with C-level, but they’re now looking for a 2nd SLAM expert. THE ROLE
As a SLAM Computer Vision Engineer you will:
- Analyse 3D Video Data and build computer vision models using Visual SLAM and traditional computer vision techniques
- Be responsible for working on projects from ideation through to deployment and deploying models onto a cloud environment
- Liaise with non-technical stakeholders including C-level to ensure projects are being delivered efficiently and accurately
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree in a relevant subject – PhD / Master’s level minimum
- Commercial experience using Visual SLAM and Computer Vision techniques
- Experience deploying Computer Vision models onto the cloud is essential
- Tech: Python, C++, AWS
