This forming team of researchers, engineers, and scientists will work together to build state-of-the-art machine learning technologies within their platform. With the amount of real-time data and innovative potential that can happen, it is fair to say the opportunities will be limitless. For the passionate engineer, this means massive research and challenges with opportunities to create, learn, and grow at the forefront of machine learning.

THE ROLE:

You will be building a real-time recommendations platform with technologies similar to Tensorflow. Deep learning will be heavily utilized and the ideal candidate will have experience applying this to their recommendations background. The ideal candidate will be able to mentor other MLE and help define the long term technical strategies and quarterly roadmaps in the team and organization.

In specific, you can expect to be involved in the following:

· Productionizing recommender models

· Applying innovation and a variety of modeling to cutting-edge problems

· Communicating with stakeholders and engaging with engineer teams in SF and London

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal staff machine learning engineer will have the following skills and experience:

· BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science

· INDUSTRY backgroun in building recommendation or personalization models

· Strong machine learning and software engineering background

· Java, Python, C++, Scala, Scalding, Tensorflow, Keras

· Able to work with other teams (e.g. front end, platform teams, and PM/designers)

THE BENEFITS:

The successful staff machine learning engineer will receive a salary, dependent on experience up to $260K. On top of the salary add in some fantastic extra benefits the candidates can receive like equity, performance bonus, and unlimited vacation.
