A leading, world-class eCommerce company is looking for an experienced Sr. Director, CRM & Predictive Analytics successfully develop analytical frameworks as well as leverage statistical modeling and machine learning to meet business growth in Boston, Massachusetts.

THE ROLE:

As Sr. Director, CRM & Predictive Analytics, you will be the Marketing Analytics Lead in driving strategic insights on customer behavior (i.e., acquisition, engagement, retention) and propositions (i.e., loyalty programs, sales campaigns) a variety of channels. You will be responsible for:

• Building, training, and leading a team of agile, seasoned strategic marketing analysts
• Delivering recommendations to executive stakeholders, and working with the data engineering, data science, and strategic analytics teams to drive best analytics & business practices
• Spearheading the detailed data analysis, campaign measurement, customer segmentation, KPI forecasting, and utilization of a wide range of predictive models and machine learning models
• Strategically taking the company forward through exceptional content, marketing placements, messaging, product offerings, targeting, and value propositions

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven progressive experience leading analytics teams at top global eComm/internet companies
• Proficient in predictive/statistical modeling tools such as Python and/or R
• Proven commercial experience leveraging forecasting models & machine learning (ML) models
• Extensive experience with A/B testing, defining KPIs, and measuring campaign performance
• Strong data cleansing skills using SQL, and strong dashboarding skills using Tableau
• Proven experience delivering data-driven, valuable insights to executive stakeholders
• Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills across the business
• Proven ability to scale, develop, lead, and retain agile analytics or data science teams
• Master's degree in Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field; Ph.D. preferred

BENEFITS:

As Sr. Director, CRM & Predictive Analytics, you can make up to $240,000 base (depending on experience).
