Senior Product Manager, Growth

If so, I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced product manager to grow high-impact B2C products. Your responsibilities will include a go-to-market strategy for new products, as well as optimizing existing products to maintain and drive engagement, retention, acquisition, and other growth-related metrics.

What you'll do:

· Lead end to end initiatives of new products, features, and experiments with a goal of driving growth and client outcomes

· Analyze the impact of each product change made, draw conclusions and plan next steps based on data

· Work cross-functionally with development, support, marketing, business development, and operations in order to translate their insights into product improvements

· Contribute to setting strategy and direction for the organization

Your Experience:

· 3+ years of experience in a product role at a B2C company, proven success through quantifiable impact and growing responsibilities

· Deep understanding of how web apps are built, capacity to participate in technical decisions, read basic code, and write SQL queries

· Great eye for UX and understanding of its related metrics

· Excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, comfortable in an IC position

Bonus:

· Experience with marketplace-based models
