An exciting opportunity to join a high-growth start-up within the telehealth space that has been increasing its company size and revenue year over year. This organization has immense funding and is currently expanding its product function to support the overall growth of the business.

ROLE OVERVIEW - SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER

• Lead critical initiatives that impact the trajectory of the organization. This includes end-to-end ownership of new products, features and experiments with a focus on their B2B products.
• Optimize their B2B products and growth strategy for enterprise clients as well as SMBs. Build product, sales, and marketing features that unlock scalable growth.
• Understand customer ecosystems and behaviors/long-term trends, and provide insights to drive high quality, high-velocity business decisions around the company's products
• Partner with the design to develop a positive and effective experience for the users
• Carry out UAT and functional QA to make sure they're only launching the best products and features
• Developing short-term and long-term product strategy
• Designing and implementing A/B tests

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Extensive experience with both B2B and B2C (or B2B2C) products and proven success through measurable impact and increasing responsibilities
• A background in user growth, engagement, retention
• Extensive experience generating and presenting insights from product/customer-centric data
• Ability to move easily between technical activities and providing insights to executives
• Great eye for UX and understanding of its related metrics
• Strong business-focused mindset
