THE ROLE: SENIOR DATA SCIENTIST

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be driving Machine Learning and Data Science projects! You will be able to utilize large amounts of data to drive innovation within the pharmaceutical space. You will have a collaborative team and environment. In addition, you will be exposed to the drug discovery space. You will have the opportunity to use Data Science and Machine Learning to help treat diseases.

Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:

• Working with large data
• Working end-to-end to implement Machine Learning and Data Science solutions to problems
• Working with cutting edge approaches for innovation
• Implementing Machine Learning models

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

A successful Senior Data Scientist will have the following:

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Biomedical Engineering, or in a related field
• Few years of experience in a large pharmaceutical company
• Experience leading scientific solutions using Data Science and Machine Learning
• Experience with real-world data (medical claims data, EHR, etc.)
• Experience with Machine Learning algorithms
• Experience with clinical trials, drug discovery, or disease
• Experience with Python
