WHERE WILL YOU BE WORKING?:

A globally renowned retailer in the Greater Boston Area is looking for an experienced CRM and Membership Analyst, specializing in integrating offline and digital campaigns to provide a first-class service to their customers, understanding their journey, and being responsible for designing and delivering the right channel and message to interact with their global customers to increase sales, frequency instore, basket size, ROI and impact retention of members.

THE ROLE IN MORE DETAIL:

This role requires a strong CRM, personalization and membership/loyalty professional who is data-driven to advise a variety of stakeholders in their customer communications strategy. You will be responsible for optimizing multi-channel campaign data, analyzing performance and providing recommendations on future communications. This role requires you to work seamlessly with the other teams to contribute to the innovative and strategic approach and be responsible for the development and execution of direct marketing campaigns. You will:

  • Have a strong analytical mindset and be able to understand raw data to derive insights, considering yourself an expert in Excel
  • Work closely with wider teams, including membership & loyalty, sales, marketing and advanced analytics teams to understand their marketing objectives, and deliver insights into the customer journey
  • Utilize your campaign analytics skills to highlight performance, segments of the market to target and the success across multiple channels
  • Make recommendations on new ways to innovate communication strategies to capture a wider and more loyal audience

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong experience in Campaigns/CRM/Loyalty, preferably within a retail setting
  • Excellent project management and time management skills
  • Solid understanding of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, ExactTarget etc and campaign automation such as Siebel, Unica or Marketo etc as well as Excelskills
  • Experience in providing strategic analytics and insights to stakeholders
  • Proven experience within a Marketing Communications and Strategy background
  • Data driven and the ability to take raw data and turn it into a customer story

BENEFITS:

As a Lead Membership Analyst, you can expect to earn up to $105,000 + competitive benefits (depending on experience)
