We look for talented experienced consultants that understand how to combine a niche understanding of their market with an ability to sell, whether that be an amazing candidate, job or even yourself. You will be commercially minded, with previous 360 experience, and the hunger to work towards clearly set targets, promotion criteria and incentives.

All of our new starters, whether they're straight out of university or have an established career in a different field (such as marketing, sales, business development, retail, hospitality or another recruitment sector) will have their training needs assessed and a tailored development program created to support their learning and growth. So, regardless of your previous training, you’ll have the chance to pick up new skills and techniques.

As part of our organic structure, all experienced consultants are given the promotion path with options of management. From the moment you join us, you’ll have an opportunity to progress into management and have the training that goes alongside that. For those that have previously managed before, we have a select few roles that may be available for you to immediately inherit a team.


ACCOUNT  
MANAGEMENT ROUTE

Our Corporate Accounts team is a high performing team at Harnham, consistently sitting at the top of the board. They look after Harnham's long standing, high-value businesses and are tasked with being the sole point of contact for these well-known brands.

As a client facing account manager you will manage these large clients recruitment processes end to end, from taking the initial brief from the client, to ensuring that the sales team are adequately resourcing for the role, through to offer negotiation. You will look after a high-value group of accounts with significant headcount requirements and often complex processes. As well as the recruitment administration, account development and client facing liaison, you will also resource for the roles as well. You will need to be a well organised, business-savvy individual ready to take over some of the largest Harnham accounts and ensure that recruitment processes are well run and the client requirements are met.
