Marcus began his career in the recruitment industry as an IT Recruitment Consultant in 2005, and eventually managed the branch office of a global recruitment business, before joining Harnham in 2011 as a Business Projects Manager in the Operations team.
The first task was to move the business from a converted garage to a new 2500 square foot office space, which would become home for the next 6 years. Since then, Marcus has become responsible for a variety of business-critical functions including IT, Marketing, Facilities Management and Supplier Management, alongside running various major projects.
Marcus continues to be focussed on ensuring the ongoing improvement of our internal and customer facing systems and processes as the Head of Operations, across the UK, USA and Europe.
