Role
- You would be working closely with the wider Product Team, and with the Digital Analytics Manager to own the optimisation of the Customer Journey within their Digital Real Estate. This would involve building and running tests within Adobe Target, whilst also retaining the ability to edit the AB and MV Tests with JavaScript. The other arm of the role is focussed around providing key Insight using Google Analytics on the present Website and Digital Marketing Campaigns.
Skills Needed
- Extensive experience Reporting and providing Insight across Website and Digital Marketing Campaign Performance
- Commercial experience using AB and MV Testing tools such as Google Optimize/Optimizely/Adobe Target
- The ability to edit custom AB Tests in JavaScript would be highly advantageous, but not crucial
- Great stakeholder management skills
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will get £55,000 – £65,000. Flexible working is also an option.

Role

Reporting into an experienced member of the community, you will be able to work closely with them to influence Optimisation strategy for the business, whilst also gaining the ability to hone hands-on technical ability within this area, growing out CRO and Experimentation.
Skills Needed

I am exclusively working with a leader in the Web Analytics Consulting space to recruit a Senior CRO Front-End Developer to grow out and develop a thriving CRO and Personalisation function. You would be leading a team of Analysts and Engineers to manage end-to-end CRO projects, whilst also educating and developing the clients Optimisation capabilities from a tool and technical perspective.

This leading Digital Analytics Consultancy aid clients across the Adobe and Google platforms, having teams the specialise in both, enabling them to provide services to a wide client base full of top-tier brands. They work on an international basis, with employees based all across Europe, with the Engineering team, where this role is based, being particularly multinational. The CRO and Engineering Team work cross functionally with both the Google and the Adobe Teams, with the primary AB and MV Testing tool as to which the team was formed around being Adobe Target.
Role
You would be leading a team of 5 CRO Developers and Engineers across end-to-end AB and MV Testing projects focused on driving revenue and engagement through Website and Digital Marketing Campaign Performance. Primarily, expertise in Adobe Target is a non-negotiable as all of their clients use this tool primarily at the moment, but there is ambition to develop out further accounts using other AB Testing tools such as Optimizely. Your day-to-day would be split between the organic and the hands-on CRO, line management, and developing CRO and Testing roadmaps for clientele.
Skills Needed
- Experience with end-to-end AB Testing, including the build

A Medium Sized Digital Analytics and Digital Marketing consultancy is looking to grow as a company so that it can support more clients and do more with its existing client base. They look at everything from end-to-end web analytics to tagging, Dashboarding, and conversion rate optimization.
The Role
You will be working in a team of three people to build the A/B tests for the clients. You will not be alone in doing this working alongside your team and reporting directly into the co-founder of the business.
Your role will be to sit on the Adobe side of the business and build the A/B tests in Adobe target, using your JavaScript, CSS, and HTML knowledge to help you in this. Some experience in Adobe recommendations would be an added plus but you will also get upskilled in this is needed.
