Our client provides discounts online and in-store for key workers and works with various partners across different sectors. They are looking to really create and expand their UX function, and need someone who can come in and hit the ground running.
THE ROLE:
As the UX Research Lead, you will be responsible for building out our UX Research function and ensuring a great user experience for members. You will work closely with our product team, UX designers, and analysts.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in user research and be able to recommend tools and methods which they think would add the most value. An added bonus would be prior experience in building out a UX function. You will need to be hands-on for the first 12-24 months and be able to get buy-in from senior stakeholders to champion UX across the business.
THE BENEFITS:
You will receive a salary, dependent on experience. The salary is up to £80,000. On top of the salary, there are some fantastic extra benefits.

- Previous experience performing A/B tests and drawing insights from the results.
- Strong reporting and data visualisation experience.
- Great communication skills to liaise with senior stakeholders and product teams.

THE ROLE:
As an Implementation Specialist, you will work on leading the implementation across all digital touchpoints by:
- Maintaining best practice tagging, and ensuring the data collection is accurate and validated
- Developing and maintaining the event data layer
- Testing and debugging Digital journeys to ensure data collection/frameworks have been implemented correctly.
