What does a Recruitment Consultant do?

As recruitment you will be responsible for building long-lasting relationships with impressive, multinational Brands, recruiting for positions on their behalf. Through regular business trips, you will be able to develop more and more clients.

You will identify suitable candidates through headhunting and job adverts, interviewing, preparing, and advising candidates. One of your responsibility will be negotiation with candidates and clients to get the best deal possible for both sides.

Throughout the whole end-to-end recruitment process, you will be the first point of contact as you will be a respected market expert.

Through classic business development, you will identify potential new clients and will be contacting them to start building a fruitful relationship.
