Salaris: 30.000 – 35.000 + onbegrensde commissie

Deze rol biedt een uitstekend trainingsprogramma dat is ontwikkeld door ons leer- en ontwikkelingsteam en je zal helpen om je carrière in recruitment te starten.

Over de rol:

Werken bij Harnham als een entry-level Recruitment Consultant betekent werken met zowel onze klanten als onze kandidaten. Je werkt nauw samen met zowel nieuwe als bestaande klanten, leert hun recruitment-behoeften kennen en zoekt vervolgens de beste kandidaten om hun openstaande functies in te vullen.

Deze functie biedt een duidelijk en snel ontwikkelplan en een uitstekend verdienpotentieel dankzij onze onbeperkte commissiestructuur.

Wat wij zoeken:

• Sterke klantgerichte ervaring in een klantenservice- of bedrijfsomgeving.
• Ervaring met werken in een snelle omgeving.
• Een universitair diploma in elke discipline.
• Kennis van Engels en Nederlands op professioneel niveau.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Based in Amsterdam

Salary – 33,000 plus unlimited commission

The role:

• Going through the entire 360-degree recruitment cycle from sourcing jobs to filling the role
• Managing the full interview process from a candidate and client perspective
• Build relationships, creating an extensive personal network of candidates and clients
• Business development through client and candidate meetings
• Headhunting passive candidates
• Creating enticing job adverts
• Offer Management and Negotiation on behalf of Clients and Candidates
• As a recruiter, you develop and build a personal brand within the market niche you represent on behalf of Harnham

Requirements:

• Previous recruitment or sales experience is desirable but not essential as we have a structured training programme
• A lot of resilience, this is a brand new office even though we work with some existing clients already in The Netherlands, there are a lot of untouched opportunities for you to tap into
• Desire and motivation to work in a fast paced and driven sales environment
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building skills
• You speak Dutch and English fluently
