Role
You will be looking at the tagging and tracking set-up moving over from GA360. You will be ensuring that the analyst in the team is getting the right data for them.
You will have a meeting with the Analytics team to decide on metrics that need to be tracked and then set up and make sure these are tracked and tagged properly and debug the data layer for any data that is not coming through properly.

A leading event management company and part of the FTSE100 is seeking a Web Analyst Specialist to support the implementation of MixPanel for web analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technical solutions and understanding business value, while also possessing programme management skills. This is a 70/30 split on the technical side.
As the company moves towards expanding its online presence, the Web Analyst Specialist will play a crucial role in analysing and understanding customer behaviour through online products and events. The role will involve creating web events in Amplitude/GA/Adobe Analytics, based around SDKs (tagging), as well as coaching and providing training to new users of MixPanel.
The ideal candidate will have experience in MixPanel and JavaScript coding from a technical side, with a strong understanding of product management in the digital product area. Stakeholder management skills are essential, with a focus on working closely with Product Managers and Marketing teams to understand the effectiveness of email campaigns.
The company operates in 22 countries and runs 360 shows per year, with each show having its own website and a variety of components. As such, the successful candidate will be able to curve engagement and manage programme deliverables.
The role will require the candidate to be in the Richmond office at least twice a week, with potential travel to other business units in the UK, US, Australia, and France. The position will start in late April/early May and may become permanent, pending the understanding of the product roadmap.

THE COMPANY
Experiencing huge organic growth, enabled by a 72% revenue increase, they work across a range of client projects providing analytics auditing, tagging and tracking, and conversion rate optimisation services. They’re client list includes some huge names in energy, publishing, fashion, technology and travel. This role sits within the Adobe stack team, which produces most of the company’s revenue, working alongside a Google stack team and an implementation engineering team with works cross-functionally across both teams.
THE ROLE
The focus of your day-to-day will centre around building and running AB tests using JavaScript in conjunction with Adobe Target, leveraging Adobe Recommendations built into Target. You’ll also use HTML and CSS to assist you in your optimisation work. Whilst they provide market-breaking learning and development opportunities and career shaping, you will need have the experience to hit the ground running in this role.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To hit the ground running as a CRO developer, you should have:
* 5+ years of sustained CRO experience, ideally in an agency, freelance, or consulting capacity, using Adobe Target
* Building AB tests with JavaScript in conjunction with Adobe Target
* Line Managing is preferred
