A position for an Analytics Manager has opened up at a major automotive company, that wants someone to manage their data product portfolio and ensure continual optimization.

The Company

The role sits within the supply team, which has recently branched off the digital team and will focus on supply chain analytics. You will be working across the business to gather requirements, produce data solutions, and advise on best practices. The company is a major automotive corporation with an ambitious vision to go fully electric and launch a digital business, by 2024. This role will be a key vehicle for being able to achieve this.

The Role and Responsibilities

• Statistical analysis of trends in supply data to spot opportunities
• Analysis of product usage and data within the product to make recommendations
• Leading a team of two, which will grow over time
• Liaising with stakeholders across the business
• Create a proof of concepts and demonstrate value add

Your skills and experience

• Stakeholder management experience
• Record of commercial impact in current/previous company
• Insight and statistical analysis experience
• Understanding of data engineering and BI concepts
• Experience with SQL and Python (desirable)

Staff Software Engineer (Full Stack)

London – (In the Office once per Month)

Up to £115,000 + 20% Bonus

OVERVIEW

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Lead / Principal / Staff software engineer to join one of the largest retail companies in the UK. This individual will come into the business and lead multiple teams, and multiple projects and ultimately impact the direction that the entire business will take. This individual should have experience working on the front end and back end as well as experience working with Cloud and Data. You will be working alongside multiple talented engineers like yourself to take this organization’s engineering function to the next level. THE ROLE

In this staff software engineering role, you will:

• Working with Front-end and Back-end technologies
• Provide strategic value to the company
• Lead multiple teams and projects
• Spend 50% of your time hands-on
• Spend 50% of your time managing
