Role & Responsibilities:

• Deploy bioinformatics pipeline and analysis solutions with AWS
• Package and deploy bioinformatics software
• Lead the development of NGS analysis pipelines: Specifically RNA Seq, WGS, and methyl-seq

Skills:

• PhD in Bioinformatics or Computational Biology
• Python
• NGS analysis experience (RNA Seq, Methyl-seq, and WGS)
• NGS pipeline development
• Experience in HPC environments

• You will develop new systems and analytics for image processing
• Develop and maintain software
• Collab and coordinate research efforts with scientists and engineers

Skills:

• Machine learning experience (deep learning, CNN)
• Technical lead experience in microscopy image analysis
• Prior software development experience
