THE ROLE

As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you are responsible for driving their growth in their space and monitor their performance on various search, social or native channels. You will be working closely with your development colleagues in Germany and California. Our client is looking for a data-driven, proactive person who will not only answer questions from stakeholders but creating projects, analysing them and diving deep into the data world.

You will be working as a role model for colleagues and showing them how to effectivey work with data. This position offers potential for growth and learning and there is a possibility to become a team leader in your space.

The main tasks include:

• Extracting, analysing and reporting data
• Managing traffic acquision through all marketing channels and optimizing conversion quality
• Creating reports based on key indicators and presenting them to stakeholders and management
• Actively working on various and paid search/social channels to gain insights in growth pontential
• Creating campaigns on Google and Bing for traffic generation

THE SKILLS NEEDED

The successful Senior Performance Marketing Manager has:

• Extensive experience in a performance analytics role
• Experience in setting up shopping ads/campaings on Google/Bing and retargeting, optimizing SEA, Display, Adwords, Affiliate, Facebook campaigns
• Skills in CTR, CR, CPL, ROI, user activity for lead acquisition
• Hands-on evaluation skills with Excel (must) and SQL (plus)
• Practical experience with A/B tests, customer journeys to deliver insights
• English is a Must; German or French would be a plus
