THE COMPANY
Harnham is working with a boutique research agency that offers a range of research services to big bluechip clients. In this role you will be acting as an embedded consultant in one of their major FMCG clients brands using insights to provide strategy for their brands.
THE ROLE
You will:
- Manage end-to-end research projects
- Draw upon a range of data sets to produce rigorous analyses
- Identify and distill key findings in the data into strategic recommendations
- Be the main point of contact for clients
- Manage internal and external stakeholders
- Manage and support a small team of junior consultants and analysts
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You will need to have:
- Proven experience in research project management.
- Strong quantitative research skills and experience
- Familiarity with qualitative research techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

THE COMPANY
Harnham is working with an established media agency that work with a range of clients spanning a range of industries. They are looking for an Insight Director, you will lead end-to-end research projects across our four main pillars, working with clients such as Warner Music, Entain, Suzuki, Gousto and Vision Express. You will be responsible for managing a team of 9 people, including 3 direct reports, This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of a permanent role.
THE ROLE
You will:
- Manage end-to-end research projects
- End-to-end research project management
- Act as the main point of contact for clients
- Analyze data and create compelling stories from insights to present back to clients
- Collaborate with our planning and new business teams
- Manage and mentor a team of 9, including 3 direct reports
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You will need to have:
- Proven experience in research project management
- Minimum 7 years of experience in research and insights, with a strong focus on quant research
- Excellent quantitative research background
- Familiarity with tools such as TGI, GWI and Brandwatch
- Experience managing a team of 2 or more people
- Strong research project management skills
- Ability to analyze data and create compelling stories from insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A team player who is friendly, adaptable, supportive, and has strong organizational skills
